Is payment secure?
Our site uses SSL technology to secure your information. Additionally, when you send a payment, the recipient does not receive any financial information about you, such as your account number or credit card number.

Why is my payment failing?
There may be various reasons for refusing a payment (insufficient amount available on the account, expired card, technical problem in the transmission of information, etc.). It is preferable that the name indicated on the delivery address is identical to that of the card used for payment.

How to cancel an order?
Any cancellation after payment validation will require a refund authorization request from JAMSS. Please contact customer service as soon as possible after validation of your order.
Refunds may take several weeks to appear on your account statement.

Which countries is delivery available to?
Deliveries are made worldwide.

What are the delivery times?
Express Delivery: 6/8 working days with UPS and DHL Express.
Standard Delivery: 8/12 working days with Colissimo/La Poste and Bpost.

Where do the items come from?
We work with a network of professional, reliable, and secure resellers. When we receive the items, we ensure they comply with our compliance policy and then we put them up for sale.
- Why is my tracking number not updating ?
Your tracking is only updated upon arrival in France/Belgium. Your tracking may not be updated for ~ 10 days (this is completely normal).

I haven't received my package, what should I do?
If you still haven't received your order, it's likely that your package is still in transit and should arrive at your home very soon. We also ask that you carefully check the estimated delivery date. If the estimated delivery date has passed, it's sometimes possible that the national network is busier than usual.
We remain dependent on carriers such as La Poste, Chronopost, or DHL for delivery. We chose these carriers because they are generally reliable, but sometimes some can take a little longer or be less responsive than usual.
Please also check that the address in your order summary is correct, complete, and spelled correctly, and that your name is clearly visible on the mailbox and that it is accessible. A lack of information may delay your package.

Why did I only receive one item when I ordered several?
Products are prepared and shipped separately. For example, if you ordered three items, your order will be tracked three times.
